The Regional Chairman was one of the invited participants at the conference of the Centrist Democratic Movement (CDM) in Mallberry Suites, Cagayan de Oro City last February 2010.
Uncertain of what Centrist Democratic Forum is all about, he attended the conference and brought him a different perspective in politics coming from the people whom he looked up to. Being a graduate of AB Political Science and also a teacher for many years and been into public service for 18 years in different elective offices, to him it is different arena all together, for the conference brought together brilliant, idealistic and young minds, who just like him are eager to participate fully in the needed change of our political system and governance.
Having been invited as one the framers of the charter of the Centrist Democratic Movement as a National Organization last May 25-28, 2010 at the Paradise Resort, Samal Island, Davao City created in him a much eager desire to make into reality the mission, vision and goals of the centrist democratic movement in his own region. Thus, on May 30, 2010, he called all members of the CDM Northern Mindanao to gather together at Chali Beach, Cagayan de Oro City and started to mobilize the group upon the election of the interim officers as a necessary initiative for the creation of the regional assembly. It paved the name, LAMBIGIT.
On June 19, 2010, the "Lambigit: A Centrist Democratic Movement in Northern Mindanao" was successfully launched and he had taken his oath as Regional Chairman before the CDM National Convenor, Mr. Lito Monico C. Lorenzana.
Before the year ends, the CDM Federation of the Philippines has been officially organized through the election of officers of the National Council to which he was elected the Interim National President.
Last July 10, 2011, he was once again elected to the post during the 3rd Regional Assembly, which now have five (5) districts organized in consonance to the New CDM Statutes of May 23, 2011.

The
Deputy Chairman was invited by the Regional Chairman to become part of the movement through personal invitation and having acknowledged the sincerity of the invitation and its noble intentions attended the 1st Regional Assembly at Chali Beach. Himself frustrated with the wanting scenario of Philippines' political party system based on his experience as undefeated Vice-Mayor of Lugait, Misamis Oriental, he finds hope in its advocacy and goals for Philippine politics. He succeeded the place of former Deputy Chairperson, Maria Margarita D. Cabasagan, in de facto capacity but whose position was confirmed during the 2nd Regional Assembly and elected again as such during the 3rd Regional Assembly last July 10, 2011. His experience in the grassroots level of politics and expertise in administration being an incumbent Municipal Administrator, help in the strengthing of the CDM Lambigit Assembly.
LORELYN G. TURTOSA-DUMAUG (Lyn)
Regional Secretary
(Re-elected July 10, 2011 to present; May 30, 2010-July 10, 2011)
The Regional Secretary was one of the participants at the conference of the Centrist Democratic Movement (CDM) in Mallberry Suites, Cagayan de Oro City last February 2010.
She used to think that politics is a dirty game of power play where people of good sense cannot thrive till she met a classmate and friend in her college of law days (a future husband, the incumbent Chairman,Jun Dumaug) from whom she learned that honest and efficient persons can actually stay in politics without compromising principles and good values, if the constituents are presented options of good politicians.
After having attended the CDM Conference, she knew that the principles and values presented by the Centrist Democracy adheres very closely to what she personally believes in her faith as a Roman Catholic as to the importance of human dignity and subsidiarity. The actual interaction with the people behind Philippine history responsible in initiating the movement added value to her inherent love of country and God.
Thus, although reluctant to hold the position of a Secretary while her husband sits as the Chairman, she accepted the position for she was willing to make into reality the first-ever regional assembly much coveted by the the CDM consultants that has also become her dream and vision.
After a year immersed in the ground works of the position, she is once again elected as such last July 10, 2011.
PATRICIO P. PARAMI, JR. (Dotdot)
Deputy Secretary (July 10, 2011-present)
The Deputy Secretary was one of the participants at the Young Professionals' Colloquium on Nation-building in Holcim Training Center, Lugait, Misamis Oriental in response to the invitation of a friend and co-worker, the Deputy Chairman last November 26, 2011.
He himself being an active advocate for good governance in the exercise of his official and public function as MEEDO and PESO Manager in the municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental, the idea of centrist democratic movement refreshes his horizon and ignited his spirit on volunteerism for nation-building in his personal capacity.
Dotdot then accepted the position of a chairman, being the 3rd district officially organized not only in the CDM Lambigit but of the entire CDM Federation. His active engagement lead to his election last July 10, 2011, during the 3rd Regional Assembly for the position.
JORDAN JAY C.ANTOLIN(Jordan)
Regional Treasurer
(Re-elected July 10, 2011 to present; May 30, 2010-July 10, 2011)
The Treasurer was one of the participants at the conference of the Centrist Democratic Movement (CDM) in Mallberry Suites, Cagayan de Oro City last February 2010.
Although a teacher by profession, he believes that peace in Mindanao can be achieved best by learning others' faith, respecting them and being truly immersed in them. He values commitment, friendship and hard-work thus trying to balance out all organizational commitment he undertakes.
After having attended the conference of the CDM, he begins to believe that politics can be used wisely and it can start by building the right mechanisms in achieving the goal. He was also one of the framers of the CDM Charter at Davao City and actively pursued people within his network to understand deeper the movement which is now called Lambigit in Northern Mindanao.
When called upon to accept the position of the treasurer, he willingly took the part and helped in the materialization of the Lambigit Assembly.
After a year in continued dedication in expansion effort, the Regional Treasurer likewise received a fresh mandate from the 3rd Regional Assembly last July 10, 2011.
GIL S. ETULLE (Gil)
Deputy Treasurer (July 10, 2011-present)
The Deputy Treasurer was one of the participants at the Young Professionals' Colloquium on Nation-building in Holcim Training Center, Lugait, Misamis Oriental in response to the invitation of his colleagues in the College of Law, the Regional Chairman and the Secretary, last November 26, 2011.
A public school teacher by profession but a graduate of law and heavily engaged in various activities in Iligan City as businessman and organizer, he believes in valuing human dignity as core basis in political engagements. His ideas on discussions and meetings help elucidate matters that call for thinking minds. Formerly elected as Auditor but during district re-organizing he was elected as the Treasurer of the District of Iligan City.
He was elected Deputy Treasurer by the 3rd Regional Assembly last July 10, 2011.
