Within a very short span of time, the members of the Northern Mindanao CDM Core  were able to gather through personal sharing, mini-orientation and one-on-one campaign drive other members committing themselves to join the Lambigit Assembly in response to the call of of Young Professional Volunteers Calling for Good and Decentralized Governance. 

In line with the charter's guidelines to accept members who are young professionals; understands the mission,vision and goals of the Centrist Democratic Movement; of good reputation and willing to pay the membership fee, there were fifty-two (52) committed members. Among the these members, only thirty-seven (37) were able to attend the assembly at the Chali Beach Resort, Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City.
