On this occasion of the 151st birth anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, I take great pleasure in greeting our party comrades, friends and supporters for the 3rd Anniversary of the founding of Lambigit and the centrist democracy in Northern Mindanao grounded on our core value on Human Dignity.

With great humility, I am attached and connected with its aims and I was there during its birth last June 19, 2010 at Chali Beach Resort witnessed by our CDP President, LIto Monico Lorenzana. I carefully followed its progress and fruition. It was the first Regional Assembly, following the basic principles of internal democracy, which was organized all over the country and, with great pride, we remain committed to maintain and continue our centrist democratic ideals, principles and values to action.

Our growth was not an easy one but we cherished those moment as it strengthen the unity of those committed members and any tribulations that will come, as those are certain to arrive, with our experiences, together we can easily solve them.

We have to continue our efforts toward the institutionalization of the political party system in the Philippines, the reform of our electoral system, the creation of a Federal Philippines and to reform the 1987 Philippine Constitution by leveling the playing field through legislations on its Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Political Dynasty provisions. Our works today will be our great contribution in solving the hardening poverty in our country and the massive corruption in our governance.

I congratulate our centrist democratic leaders in the Region headed by the Centrist Democratic Party Regional Chairperson, Jordan Jay C. Antolin, for its collective effort in creating a greater public value on human dignity through our works and in the way we appear ourselves in our various public engagements, hence, the credibility and integrity of our movement in our region.

In closing, I have to remind the centrist democrats in our region to continue adhering to our principles on anti-patronage. We have to support our party and the movement so that it will remain forever free from the benevolence of rich or generous patrons in the guise of charisma, gratitude and popularity.
